How We Work
Company registration procedure

Company formation in Poland can be performed in two ways: traditionally, in the form of a notarial deed or via the Internet, on the S24 portal, run by the Ministry of Justice.

Important! To open a company in Poland online via system S24 you must have an electronic signature ePUAP profile (a personal identification number PESEL is needed to creatate ePUAP profile), or qualified e-signature. Without it, you can not open a company in Poland. Every document prepared and delivered to the National Court Register, must be signed by e-signature.

Company registration procedure step-by-step
  • 1. Provide us with the necessary documents

Send us a copy of your passport or company incorporation documents (in the case of a shareholder being a legal entity), along with information about your future business activities by completing the registration form. After that, sign the cooperation agreement and power of attorney and make an advance payment representing 50% of the total amount due. Finally, we would require a physical notarized copy of your passport along with an apostille.

  • 2. Obtain the polish qualified e-signature ePUAP

After obtaining a Polish ID and PESEL number for you, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to obtain the Polish qualified e-signature, EPUAP, which is required to commence business. To do this, arrange for an appointment at the nearest Polish consulate or embassy to your location.

  • 3. The company can start operating already

Sign the incorporation documents prepared by us using EPUAP and pay the remaining amount. After 7-14 working days, you will receive an extract from the National Court Register to confirm the company's registration. Then, sign the prepared application for the Central Register of Real Beneficiaries via ePUAP. Failure to report may result in a penalty of up to 1,000,000 PLN.
