Company registration procedure

        To establish a company in Poland, there are two options: the conventional notarial deed or the Ministry of Justice-operated S24 portal on the Internet.

        Setting up a company online via the S24 system is better because it’s a cost-effective and time-efficient approach.  It requires a Polish electronic signature – an ePUAP profile. A personal identification number, PESEL, is necessary to establish one. Our experts will manage these tools, which are also necessary for future business operations. So within 1-5 business days, you’ll successfully establish your own company in Poland.

        In our offer, you will also find the traditional form of company registration through a notarized power of attorney. In this case, the entire procedure will also take place remotely.

What do you get with this service?

What is S24?

S24 system – an ICT system that allows electronic registration of economic entities.

 The main advantages of this solution are:

– cost reduction: no need to involve a notary = no notary fees;

– the fast-track company registration: normally it takes a single working day.

Company registration procedure step-by-step

  • 1. Provide us with the necessary documents

    Send us a copy of your passport or company incorporation documents (in the case of a shareholder being a legal entity), along with information about your future business activities by completing the registration form that we will send to you. After that, sign the cooperation agreement and power of attorney and make an advance payment representing 50% of the total amount due. We will also require a physical notarized copy of your passport along with an apostille.

  • 2. Obtain the polish qualified e-signature ePUAP

    After obtaining a Polish ID and PESEL number for you, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to obtain the Polish qualified e-signature, EPUAP, which is required to commence business. To do this, arrange for an appointment at the nearest Polish consulate or embassy to your location.

  • 3. The company can start operating already

    Sign the incorporation documents prepared by us using EPUAP and pay the remaining amount. After 7-14 working days, you will receive an extract from the National Court Register to confirm the company's registration. Then, sign the prepared application for the Central Register of Real Beneficiaries via ePUAP. Failure to report may result in a penalty of up to 1,000,000 PLN.
