Company registration procedure

To establish a company in Poland, there are two options: the conventional notarial deed or the Ministry of Justice-operated S24 portal on the Internet.

Setting up a company online via the S24 system is better because it’s a cost-effective and time-efficient approach. It requires a Polish electronic signature – an ePUAP profile. A personal identification number, PESEL, is necessary to establish one. Our experts will manage these tools, which are also necessary for future business operations.
