How to obtain Polish Residence Permit?

Polish law provides several grounds for obtaining a residence permit, such as work, business, studies, family reunification, and other specific circumstances.

We provide comprehensive assistance in securing a Residence Card through a running business activities in three steps: open a company, obtain the the work permit type B ( issued to entrepreneurs) and obtain a Residence Permit. After obtaining Residence Permit, you can legalize members of your family in Poland through reunification.

The waiting period for the issuance of the residence card occurs within 6-9 months from the receipt of the complete set of documents.

Procedure of obtaining a Polish Residence Permit

  • 1. Opening a company in Poland

Send us a copy of your passport or company incorporation documents (in the case of a shareholder being a legal entity), along with information about your future business activities by completing the registration form. Following this, sign the cooperation agreement and power of attorney, both of which we will prepare for you. Decide whether you prefer to register a new company (LINK) or purchase a shelf company (LINK)

  • 2. Obtaining a Work Permit Type B (the first step for obtaining the Residence Permit)

To obtain a work permit, we need to highlight the company's profit and employ at least two non-permit workers. Alternatively, a detailed business plan can demonstrate future capabilities. The work permit process involves analyzing requirements, preparing paperwork, and submitting the application. A decision can be expected within a timeframe of 2 months.

  • 3. Obtaining a Residence Permit

The same as in case of obtaining a Work Permity, the company must demonstrate a minimum required profit for the financial year or employ at least two non-permit employees for a year. Alternatively, a future ability to meet these conditions can be proven through a detailed business plan. Individual Requirement: The board member/founder must have a stable income source (employment contract/managerial contract/partnership resolution). The residence permit process involves submitting the application, which is followed by a waiting period of 3-4 months. After that, there's document preparation and personal submission, with document delivery occurring monthly. The decision is typically signed 3-4 months after document submission, and the plastic card is received within 1-2 months after the decision is signed.

In our offer, you will also find the traditional form of company registration through a notarized power of attorney. In this case, the entire procedure will also take place remotely.
